Hey, hey, I have found the spot to make rude comments. I did not realise I had not found the blog for a week, what a treat it was to do a catch up. The food looks wonderful, I am on my way over, my salad’s don’t rate by comparison. Neva looks as though she is smiling at the camera as she is on her back. Not a care in the world. Your site is excellent and most colourful and informative, despite your lack of eggs. Love Mom.
The food looks wonderful, keep up the good work. By the look of Neva she is being well fed as well, perhaps her diet should be “blogged” as well. Chat soon. Mom.
I love how your food always looks tasty even if it is leftovers or something simple…. You give me inspiration….. and you make me laugh….
I am so proud of you… you are doing an awesome job at both the blog and the weight loss….. I hope you are feeling happy/proud of your process…
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW etc. etc…. 4 lbs …. so proud of you. Way to go Roz…. I know how hard this really is and you are making it seem easy… just found your next career move…. WW instructor…. What do you think? You would be soooooooo good at it. We will look into this. Can’t wait to come out that way for a chat.
Have a great weekend and keep up the good work.

Love the wedding picture and the flowers Dennis gave you…beautiful.
Sounds like you had fun in Seattle….glad all turned out so well…
I have a few of the same pics from Pikes…. funny….
I actually saw the movie “Thank God It’s Friday”, at the old Haida Theatre in Victoria. Apparently a cinematic masterpiece, since I still remember it! Wasn’t Donna Summer one of the actors?
Congratulations! 31bs so far, my biggest worry is that your father and I will not recognise you when you arrive on our doorstep on Christmas Eve. The blog is terrific and I can’t imagine what our Christmas table will look like as we partake of some of your healthy delights. Happy holiday’s to all your “blog” readers.
I LOVE the photo of you and Dennis at lunch – you look giddy like a teenager!!
And the shot of Neva at the tap is sooooo cute. But….most of all your breakfast smoothie looks 2die4.
Now…hush about your glass half empty. YOU ARE DOING AMAZING. And also – remember (and this is absolutely true) inches lost does not equal lbs lost, but it is the former that makes the curves on your body look so sexy!
Think i,ll do something crazy and make your lentil soup and rent the movie ” Yentil “and i,ll call it ” A Mental Lentil Yentil Night ! ” Nahhhhhh after scrolling down a little further think i,ll just go to Chenoys and get a smoked meat sandwich !
Hi Roz,
I am so proud of you. You’re amazing and I am glad that you are taking a break now and after your foot surgery for a couple of weeks from point counting. You have done very well and you have successfully trained your mind now to always be counting points. Your blog has developed so great over 500 plus daily entries in a row, without missing a day! I am so happy that your blog has become such a creative outlet, both visually with your photography and your unique style of writing. You have gained support from bleeders from around the world. I would like to thank the regular bleeders that have followed my wife’s blog and have encouraged her. Also, thank you for making her laugh with your comments. Lastly, thank you for sending words of great support when life got a bit much for her. I appreciate it and so does Rosalind. I love her so much, so thank you again.
