I HAVE a question for a civic employee…or anyone in the know. Do you REALLY HAVE to close off an entire street for “stump grinding”. Is this the stump? Why are you grinding it? And why does it take a week? BTW…nice mushrooms on the side.
These two older gentlemen were LOUDLY cheering on some rowers. And they were also loudly sorting out the world between them. And were cute.

Now, for a quick menu rundown, and off I go.
Today was one of my “double up” days in the yoga challenge I’m doing. I went to both the 6:00am class and the 5:45pm classes today. (and I’m feeling it in my biceps!) When I got HOME from yoga I HAD two pieces of little big bread with some peanut butter, a banana and 1 tbsp coconut. And during the morning I HAD some grapes and a couple of figs.
Lunch was pretty much the same as yesterday, lentil soup with a slider bun. Today the bun had light cheddar and prosciutto in it. I also HAD my first HONEYCRISP apple of the season.
Before yoga tonight, I HAD a HARD boiled egg, and after yoga we HAD whole wheat spaghetti with the turkey sausage sauce I made last Sunday sprinkled with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
That was my Wednesday (HUMP day). Time for me to get the H to bed!!!
