Today’s Photo A Day Challenge prompt is “Entrance”. I took this picture today, the entrance is so vibrant compared to the rest of the surrounding buildings.
Quick menu “collage” – breakfast was toast with peanut butter and banana, I had some kale chips and cherry tomatoes at my desk, lunch was a salad with quinoa, tomato, figs, light feta and ham. And I had a peach with that. Before yoga I had berries with 1/2 cup greek yogurt.
After yoga I met my friend Caroline for sushi. (hugs to my friend) I had a double spicy tuna roll, a vegetable roll and a half order of tuna sashimi.
I went for a walk at lunchtime and I walked to yoga. As you can see, the sun wasn’t shining, in fact, I was caught in a rainstorm on the later walk. I actually LIKE warm rain like that, the smell of the air really is nice.
This photo looks like it was taken in black and white, but it was just the darkness of the area.
This is three month old Mia. AWWW….I love walking by the dog park.
The pictures above aren’t the only ones of “white, fluffy creatures who thinks they’re a dog” that I took today. I digress….
Loved the colors of the late season flowers, and though I’m in denial that summer is drawing to a close, the fall leaves are very pretty too.
Seagull yoga. The half airplane pose.
Speaking of airplanes and birds “Thank you for flying Goose Airways. In the unlikely event of a water landing, please secure your tail feathers as the contents of your plumage may shift during landing” (I’ve lost it! )
I went bushwhacking in that little opening….
…to get this shot.
Luckily, my feet didn’t get wet. Unlike these guys…
Urban giraffe sighting. Hopefully he is claimed by his rightful owner.
And finally today….cue the old song “Under the Boardwalk” when you look at this shot.
OK…who’s singing with me!?
