Fly by post tonight, its late and I have an early start tomorrow.
This morning’s breakfast was a sandwich thin with light cream cheese and lean prosciutto.
During the morning, I had a cup of raspberries.
I had my first meal with friends today at lunchtime. I met my Warrior friend Sharon for sushi. I had a spicy tuna roll, a half order of tuna sashimi and a veggie sunomono salad.
During the afternoon I had a cup of almond milk with chai tea and an apple.
My second meal with friends was dinner at our place with our friend Lachlan.
Neva thought he was very tall.
We had some drinks (I had wine) and some hummus and pita before dinner.
Dinner was “made to order” pizza. Mine had onion, spinach, prosciutto, pear, sun dried tomatoes, light goat cheese and fresh basil.
(Warning: you’ll be seeing leftovers for a couple of days)
I bought little portion controlled pecan tarts for dessert.
That’s it for Tuesday. Good food, good friends and all within the week’s points allocation. That’s a good Tuesday on all counts.
