….best breakfast made with things in the freezer plus a banana….whole wheat pancakes and turkey sausage!!

….best roving reminder in a parking lot!  The Happy Water promo car.

…best lobby shots in the Vancouver Convention Center, on the entrance to the “Zoomer” tradeshow, for folks like us 45+.

Worst Best door prize won by a husband, 2 cd’s….Trishia Yearwood Ballads and Some God Awful Barbara Streisand collection.  Um, a win is a win…but oh dear….Barbara Stresisand?

….best bouncy tippy ball made into a chair and covered up so nobody knows you are sitting on a bouncy tippy ball.  Have a seat everyone!

…best scented oxygen bar.  Scented oxygen????  We did not partake.

…best woman lying on the floor of the convention centre having a relaxation treatment and sweeping the floor at the same time.

….best part of the show for us?  The dog agility display by the Paws Dog Adoption Team.  Within that category, best poodle being stretched out by owner…..

….(double category) best pug desperately wanting a treat and best mini doberman who’s backside looks like a duck’s foot.

….best leaping dog that looks like a fluffy purse and not a dog at all.

….best yappy dog on a ramp.

…best cat who thinks showing her belly is equally as impressive as dog agility. 

…best belly dancer trying to get old people to join her on stage to shimmy.  I did not.

…best late lunch split by Dennis and I when we got home, crackers, prosciutto, apricot stilton, raspberries that were on sale and salsa.

…best tradition of delivery dinner on Oscar night.  Swiss chalet chicken with multigrain roll and plain baked potato.

…best toast to dinner, a small glass of red wine.

I’m off to watch the REAL Academy Awards (though I haven’t seen many of the nominated movies this year).  Who are YOU wearing tonight on your red carpet!??  (I’m wearing pajama bottoms by Mark’s Work Warehouse and a t-shirt by the gap.  I have no borrowed jewels, my hair is unwashed and the zit on my chin was intentionally put there to accent my skin tone!  HA)
