YAHOO!!!!  Friday!!!!  I’m so ready for the weekend.

My Friday started with 2 pieces of “Little Big Bread” with 1 tbsp weight watchers cream cheese and Steph’s grape jelly.

During the morning I had some greek yogurt and 2 tbsp granola.

Lunch was an egg salad sandwich thin (with low fat mayo and relish) with carrots and celery.

I also picked up some more of Clint’s harvest at lunchtime.  More tomatoes, chard, green beans and basil.  Thanks Clint!!! (my weekend work is cut out for me!)

Back at work, I had an almond milk, pumpkin spice coffee.

After work, it was time to go out with some of my colleagues and give my buddy Allison (of dehydrator and tomato press fame) a send off.  Boo…she’s moving on.  (well, Boo for me, YAY for her, it’s a good move)  Allison and I share a partition wall, and though we won’t see each other every day any more, you’ll see her (and her kitchen gadgets) on the blog in the near future.

I had a beer “sampler”, 5 -4oz glasses of different types.

Then, I picked my favorite and had a full glass.

When I got home, I had some leftover Moroccan chickpeas and rice (from the freezer) with one of Clint’s tomatoes and some of my raspberry/onion chutney.

That’s it for Friday.  Time for me to follow Neva’s lead, flip over and relax.

I know I’m a little biased because I love her, but OMG….she’s cute!!! :)
