The picture says it all!!! TGIF!!!
This morning’s breakfast was oatmeal with a banana, fat-free creamer and sugar-free syrup. Nothing special, but so tasty and filling.
Mid morning, I had some of my spiced poached pear pieces.
We had a team lunch today and went for dim sum. Dim sum isn’t the most point friendly food, but hopefully I made some good choices and didn’t blow the week’s points too much. I had this chinese broccoli and veggies and managed to very discretely take this picture.
I’m not quite ready to let all of my colleagues into my blog life (though some of you are MOST welcome here!!), so after that, there really wasn’t an opportunity for pictures. As a result, I “borrowed” some stock photos from google images to show what else I had. (thank you Google!!) Other than the veggies, I had 1 steamed shrimp dumping and two steamed pork dumplings. I also had some bean curd with mushrooms. I’m going to ballpark the lunch at 12 points. That’s PROBABLY a bit high, but better highball than lowball….

Later in the afternoon, I had a small ambrosia apple and a cheese stick.
And a 35 calorie, Halloween sized jelly belly pack. That apparently grew legs.
When I got home from work, look what I saw out of our window. This picture simply doesn’t do justice to the vibrance of the rainbow. In fact, there are TWO rainbows here, but only one came out in the photo. Gorgeous! I looked really hard, but couldn’t see the pot of gold at EITHER end of this rainbow!
I attempted to capture wine and rainbows together, however, my photographic skills just don’t stretch that far, so here is an out of focus glass of red wine with a background that does not include a rainbow. sigh. At some point, I’ll invest in a nice SLR camera, but for now, our trusty Canon point and shoot is just fine!!!
Dinner tonight was simply rotisserie chicken with salad. Very simple, very easy, very Friday!!
After dinner, I had a Breyers “Light and Dreamy” ice cream sandwich. These things are two points of good!!!
Now, it’s time for some weekend relaxing. A couple of my magazines came in the mail today, I have a few chores that need to be done, and we’ll call it a day. I hope everyone’s Friday was good, and I hope we touch base again over the weekend!

Debbi Does Dinner Healthy
So glad you told me that you found me from TJ’s site otherwise I would never have found you back. When your comment comes to me, it says ROZ but no link to your blog at all. I have had this issue with other wordpress users and I feel so bad because I can’t find them. There must be a setting where you can have it say your email or your blog site or something. For most of the comments, it says their name and then it is linked to their blog but yours isn’t. Just thought I’d let you know in case you aren’t hearing from people that you comment to!! Hope this made sense.
Nice food pictures! Love the rainbow!

Call Me Ishmael
Hi Roz! Thanks for visiting my site the other day. I’m so glad you came over. Love your pic of red wine here — looks goooood! I’m curious to know more about your neuroma, if you’ll pardon my prying into your medical history. How did you get it? Did it go away by itself? Did you have to stop exercising? I’m so scared this is going to ruin my nascent running career! Hope you enjoy your weekend!

Beautiful rainbow picture! No matter how many times I see rainbows- I have to take a picture everytime.
I am embarassed taking pictures of my food in public places…I still wouldn’t do it around certain people either. Everything looks delish!
